I was new to nicotine as of about 6 months ago- referred to nicnacs by my twin actually (who was also new to nicotine). We both experience ADHD, but have only ever self-medicated with caffeine and pre-workouts, but had the urge to try nicotine “for science”. I’ve got to say it’s amazing! Since then I’ve tried every flavor, except for grapefruit (will try in the future), and have been very impressed with its taste and most importantly, its effects. I feel a calm, lasting focus which aids me at work, home, and the gym. This wintergreen flavor is my favorite right now! 💯 recommend to anyone wanting the benefits of a refreshing mint and a slight “buzz” from the nicotine. A buddy of mine let my try his zyns to compare and- might just be me- but I got mild headaches from those. A strong buzz on the front end, then a dip. Not sure why or if that’s just me.
