These are just what I was looking for. Patches made my skin itch and gums made my throat itch. I break these into thirds and just let it dissolve in my cheek.No itching and bonus, clearer thinking.

Crazy good

Tried these out because of the Zyn shortage, and I’m probably staying here. Better in every way: flavor, convenience, strength. I like not having to spit out a pouch and it’s like carrying around normal mints. I tried 3mg, and paired with espresso I feel like a F1 car.

Great for afternoon drowsiness

I operate machinery and have always had trouble with drowsiness in the afternoon. Coffee doesn’t work but keeps me up at night. I’d never used nicotine before but thought I’d give it a try. I figured I would get the 6mg to give myself the best chance at quitting vaping. The 6mg are much too strong and made me sick to my stomach after just a couple minutes. The next day I tried breaking one of the mints in to a third and that was still too strong. I wish I would have ordered the 3mg but at this point I don’t want to waste any more money
