Just tried Grapefruit after being a long-time devotee to Blood Orange and WOW, this might be my new favorite! Nic-Nac's is the best in game, hands-down.

Grapefruit flavor is mild and sweet but the lozenges only last five minutes or so. That might be a plus for some people though. I will definitely buy again
Thanks for trying Nic Nacs!!! Try putting them in your upper lip and keep them in one spot / dont move them around to much and they should last a lot longer :)

These have fantastic grapefruit flavor and last quite a while. I have successfully used these to quit vaping after 30 years combined of smoking cigarettes and then vaping.

Absolutely the best and easiest to use form of nicotine. With Eggplant and cauliflower having the most natural nicotine , I’m sticking to my Nic Nac naturals as my supplement.
