My personal experience: Quit smoking cigs in 2007. Doing research, came across nicotine and some of its health benefits(Dr. Ardis). Have some health issues, peripheral neuropathy. First few times using the mints, made me feel a little tired and weak. I made sure to continue slowly. After about 1 month my balance seemed to improve along with the pain in my feet subsiding. Overall I am just feeling better. It also helps to curb my appetite. I do not feel the nicotine is addictive. I use one to two mints per day. I have been recommending these to my family. They have helped my sister with quitting cigarettes. She has not smoked in two months. Thank you so much!
